We have renovated this lovely Charentaise farmhouse to a very high standard with original features such as exposed oak beams, beautiful original wooden staircase, wooden floors and Charentaise fire places with enclosed wood burning stove. We sit in the centre of St Palais de Phiolin surrounded by sunflower fields, vine yards and forests, just south of the medieval town of Pons. The house sleeps 5/6 people.

Lounge with open fireplace, comfortable three-piece suite, French & English T.V with DVD video player.

Fully fitted kitchen comprising gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Charentaise fireplace with wood burning stove. Logs & electric heating are available on request. Dining table and chairs.

On the first floor we have a double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Cots, high chair & stair gate available on request.

Outside is an enclosed courtyard with table and chairs with parasol. To the side of the house is the driveway for private off road parking and at the back of the house is a private patio area with barbeque, garden furniture & parasols.

Sound proofed double doors can be unlocked to connect the Farmhouse to Magnolia Cottage creating accommodation for 10/12 people.
